In the latest update to SliQ Invoicing Online, the following features have been added:-
Exporting of Data
Data can now be exported in CSV form. See Exporting Data for more information.
Statement Date
A statement date can now be chosen on the Statement tab for a customer. Previously all statements were from the current date but now statements can be produced, e.g. for invoices up to the previous month end.
Naming of PDF files
PDF files now include the invoice/ quote number, e.g. invoice_123.pdf
Statement Email Templates
Two new fields are now available for statement emails – {OVERDUEBALANCE} and {ACCOUNTBALANCE} – giving the amount overdue and total amount owing respectively for the customer’s account.
