Data can be exported from SliQ Invoicing Online in CSV form. CSV files are text files containing data values separated by commas. The data can be loaded into Microsoft Excel where it can be edited, e.g. for use with a different program.
To export data, go to the Setup page then on the bottom right select the Export Data link. The Export data page will be shown allowing you to download files containing your invoice, quote, customer, contact, product and discount data.
Note: Only the user who created a company in SliQ Invoicing Online can export data from the company. The Export Data link on the Setup page will not be visible to any user but the creator of the company.
