SliQ Invoicing Online now includes recurring invoices.
The recurring invoices feature allows invoices to be automatically raised for specific customers on a defined schedule making invoicing for things like monthly interest payments or subscriptions much easier – all you need do is enter the details of the first invoice, set the date on which the first invoice is to be raised together with the schedule, e.g. once a week or once a month and SliQ will raise the invoices from that point.
For more information see: How to Raise a Recurring Invoice
How do you cancel a recurring invoice? I must have clicked it by mistake a few months back and now I can’t stop them. 🙁
Thanks
Carl
Hi Carl
To stop a recurring invoice you can either delete the invoice or disable it without deleting. To disable the recurring invoice, edit the invoice by double-clicking it in the list of recurring invoices. Then uncheck the Enable Recurring box near the top of the invoice edit view before saving.
