For the main Invoices and Quotes lists you can choose whether to show additional columns, e.g. whether to show the invoice or quote subtotal and VAT/ tax values in addition to the Total value column.
To change the columns that are shown:-
- Go to the main Setup page.
- Click the List Options link.
- Check or uncheck the columns you want to show in the lists.
- Press Save.
When you next load the Invoices or Quotes page your chosen columns will be displayed.
Note: Your column options will only be shown when on a wider screen, e.g. a PC monitor or iPad. On a narrower phone screen, SliQ will continue to show a limited set of columns.
