Add an Attachment to Send with All Invoices/ Quotes/ Credit Notes/ Statements

Overview

By adding an attachment to an email template you can send the same attachment with documents of a specific type, e.g. by adding a Word document containing your business’s terms and conditions to the invoice email template you can have SliQ automatically email your terms and conditions with each invoice.

Add Attachment to the Invoice Email Template

To add the attachment, first go to the Setup page then click on the Edit Invoice Email link:

On the Email Template page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and press the Pick Attachments button to select a file on your PC to upload and add as an attachment.

Add Attachment to the Quote/ Credit Note/ Statement Email Template

In a similar way to that described above for sending attachments with all invoices, you can send attachments with all quotes, credit notes or statements by editing the appropriate email template. To edit the email templates go to the Setup page then click on Edit Quote Email, Edit Credit Note Email etc. as needed.
